Maureen Cooper founded Castlegregory in 2023. She has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Before launching Castlegregory, she led the Southwest region of Cushman & Wakefield's Corporate Capital Markets Group. She served within Cushman's Investment Banking Group in the Manhattan office from 2006-2013.
She has advised major clients such as Michael Kors, Capital One, Armani, Globe Life, Dallas Area Rapid Transit and Brinker International in maximizing real estate value and executing transactions. These included headquarter relocations, sale-leasebacks, lease restructuring, build to suit and private public partnerships.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Maureen was a Vice President with The Staubach Company, a commercial real estate firm (now owned by JLL). After working for one of their real estate funds, she transitioned to a team providing advisory services and transaction execution for clients. She began her career in real estate accounting with UBS in London and JPI and Trammell Crow in Dallas.
Maureen has been recognized many times for her business accomplishments. In 2020 she earned the spot as Cushman & Wakefield’s top women revenue producer in the State of
Texas. In 2018, she was a Dallas Business Journal “Women in Business” honoree and Best Real Estate Deals finalist in 2016 – 2017. Over multiple years she was named by D CEO as a “Power Broker” and selected as a Commercial Real Estate Awards finalist by Dallas Business Journal. Maureen received an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Arkansas. She is a CPA and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas. She has held Series 7 and 63 licenses. As a community leader, Maureen serves on the board of Girls Inc. Metropolitan of Dallas. Cooper is involved in the Dallas Irish Community through The Ireland Funds of Texas and Texas Rose of Tralee organizations.

Chris Harden is President & CEO of Harvest MXD which he founded in 2023. He has over 20 years of diverse real estate industry experience of ground-up development, redevelopment, acquisitions and dispositions of large-scale retail, multifamily and mixed-use projects with a capitalized value of over $6.2 billion.
Prior to founding Harvest MXD, Chris was an Executive Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group where he established and led the retail, land and mixed-use investments practice in Texas, providing strategic real estate advisory to local, national and international clients for a variety of assignments. During his tenure at C&W, his team completed over $2 billion in real estate transactions.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Harden served as a Vice President for Trademark Property Company, leading large-scale mixed-use acquisitions and developments.
Additional experience includes the acquisition and development of mixed-use lifestyle/power centers and regional malls with an estimated value of over $500 million. Mr. Harden holds both a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University and is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Texas and Colorado. He is also a licensed architect in the state of Texas, LEED-AP and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he served on the Transit-Oriented Development Local Product Council.
In addition to professional organizations, Mr. Harden served as Vice Chairman on the board of the Abiding Fathers Ministry. He also supports several philanthropic causes including Joshua Nations.

Daniel Mitlyng is Vice President at Harvest MXD, supporting all functions of the business including asset management, acquisition, underwriting, and advisory. Prior to joining Harvest MXD, Mitlyng served within Cushman & Wakefield’s Land Advisory Group, providing strategic real estate advisory services to local, national, and international clients on a variety of assignments. Daniel's experience includes asset management services at both Cushman & Wakefield and Bank of America Private Bank, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of real assets for ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutions. These assets had a combined market value of over $240 million and were managed on a fiduciary basis. His asset management responsibilities included lease negotiations, transacting 1031 Exchanges, capital improvement projects, and underwriting for acquisition and disposition. Additional experience includes single family land development in Dallas-Fort Worth, where Mitlyng managed the development of approximately 800 single family lots, gaining an understanding of project cost estimating, value engineering, and other aspects of land development.
Daniel Mitlyng holds a BA in finance with a real estate concentration from the University of Arkansas and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas. Additionally, he is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys all outdoor activities, and leads a group of middle school boys on Sundays and Wednesdays. Daniel also supports ministries such as Compassion International and Reliant Mission.
